CEMEX Philippines Foundation, Inc. (CEMEX Foundation) is a non-stock, non-profit organization committed mainly to uplift the educational aspirations of the Filipino people. Created to sustain and further strengthen the social programs of its corporate members, composed of companies belonging to the CEMEX Philippines Group of Companies, CEMEX Foundation works with the firm belief that a passion for education brings never-ending growth.

CEMEX Foundation's support for education primarily revolves around three main objectives - (1) encourage children to learn, (2) improve learning conditions, and (3) promote higher learning both for professors and students.

CEMEX Foundation passed the standards of the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC), and was granted a Donee Institution status.
