Contractors of the Macapagal Highway, a 5.5-km, eight-lane asphalt road at the Manila Bay reclamation area running parallel to Roxas Boulevard , counted on CEMEX to deliver on quality concrete. CEMEX Concrete poured on all bridges and most roads, curbs & gutters of this project.
