    A program that aims to develop a ready pool of professionals who possess a broad understanding of the cement industry, the CEMEX business, and the CEMEX Way of doing business.
  • Global Leadership Program
    Aimed at high-potential executives under strict selection guidelines, this development program includes foreign assignments, programmed job and/or country rotation and formal education and personal advice from a member of the program Management Committee.
  • Performance & Potential Assessment
    This process enables the company to measure, in a uniform and objective fashion, executives’ current contribution and potential. It enables a useful frame of reference for the executive’s internal growth .
  • CEMEX International Management Program
    The best business schools in the United States are the training centers for high performance executives to ensure the company’s global leadership and competitiveness. Using the Case Method, the program prepares executives for 8 intensive seeks towards perfecting their managerial skills.
  • International Exchange Program
    This program assigns an executive to another Business Unit of CEMEX for 6 – 12 months wherein he/she performs a role similar to his/her role in his/her business unit. Thru this, the executive learns the management practices of the country of destination while improving his/her managerial skills. The executive also gets the opportunity to compare his/her local practices with that of his country of assignment while at the same time learning the culture.
  • Due Diligence / Post Merger Integration
    A CEMEX team composed of various competencies are sent to the targeted operations for potential acquisition. Depending on the size of the target, the process can take from 1 week to 3 months or longer. Once acquired, a team from different countries is tasked with integrating CEMEX systems in the newly acquired company.
